Piña Colada Smoothie

This smoothie will bring the tropics to you.

Ingredients

  • 2 c frozen pineapple chunks thawed for 10 minutes
  • 2 T greek yogurt plain
  • 3 T coconut manna melted
  • ¼ c coconut milk light
  • 1 banana cut into chunks
  • 1 T honey

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients into a high speed blender (I like to use a NutriBullet).
  • Blend until all ingredients are a smooth consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!
