Cajun Skillet Potatoes {with Video}

A quick and easy gluten free side dish for Cajun Skillet Potatoes with an instructional video.  These potato wedges are seasoned with chili powder and paprika!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lbs. red potatoes cut into ½-inch wedges
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ tsp. pepper
  • ¾ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or vegan butter sticks
  • Parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a gallon-sized zip-top bag place all potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and toss until coated.
  • In a small bowl combine salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder. Stir to combine and then add to potatoes. Shake bag again until all potatoes are coated completely.
  • In a medium-sized cast-iron skillet place butter. With skillet over medium heat, add potatoes and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer skillet to preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through.
  • Sprinkle potatoes with parsley and enjoy!
