Roasted Broccoli with Sriracha and Honey

Oven roasted broccoli with sriracha and a bit of honey makes a quick and easy gluten-free side dish.  A touch of heat and a bit of sweet makes a wonderful combo in this roasted broccoli recipe.

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place broccoli in a one-gallon zip-top bag.
  3. Combine butter or olive oil, garlic, Sriracha, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.

  4. Pour Sriracha/honey sauce over broccoli in the bag. Shake broccoli in bag until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, or one lined with aluminum foil.  Spread broccoli out evenly.

  6. Bake broccoli in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are slightly browned.
