  • 1 Tbsp. fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme dried
  • ½ tsp. ground sage
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes optional


  1. Add everything to either a small bowl or the jar that you will be storing it in. Mix well until everything is combined.
  2. Use immediately or store in a cool, dry place for up to 1-2 years.
