- ¼ c. coconut oil melted
- ¼ c. honey
- 1/3 c. + 2 T. dark cocoa powder
- ¼ c. raw almonds coarsely chopped
- ¼ t. sea salt coarse
Mix coconut oil, honey and cocoa powder in a medium-sized bowl until completely smooth.
Pour mixture in a parchment or wax paper-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle almonds and sea salt on top of the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
To serve: break chocolate into pieces with your hands. Chocolate melts quickly so keep refrigerated between servings.
