- 8 avocadoes peeled and quartered (SEE VIDEO HERE)
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 t. cumin
- ½ t. paprika
- 2 T. lime juice fresh
- 2 T. orange juice
- 1 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3 roma tomatoes diced
- 1-2 T. cilantro finely chopped
Place avocadoes into a large bowl.
Add next 6 ingredients and mash together until you almost have the consistency of guacamole that you desire.
Add in bacon, tomatoes and cilantro and mix together.
Serve with tortilla chips or taquitos and enjoy!
