Blueberry Oatmeal Morning Smoothie

Not only is it packed with disease-fighting antioxidants from the blueberries, but it is also full of fiber-filling oats, protein-packed almonds and Vitamin-C rich orange juice.  Need I say more?!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup oats gluten free, quick cooking
  • 3 Tbsp. almonds soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 packet Stevia Optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smoothie is completely blended.
  • Enjoy!
