Blueberry Oatmeal Morning Smoothie
Not only is it packed with disease-fighting antioxidants from the blueberries, but it is also full of fiber-filling oats, protein-packed almonds and Vitamin-C rich orange juice. Need I say more?!

- 1 banana cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup oats gluten free, quick cooking
- 3 Tbsp. almonds soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1 packet Stevia Optional
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smoothie is completely blended.
