Kind Bar Maple Pecan Granola

This batch of granola was actually made in an effort to re-create the wonderfully salty-sweet combination of my favorite flavor of Kind Bars-the Maple Pecan & Sea Salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. almonds
  • ½ c. peanuts
  • 1 ½ c. brown rice puffs
  • ¾ c. coconut
  • ¼ c. honey
  • ¼ c. maple syrup
  • ½ t. sea salt
  • ½ t. cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place honey, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Combine nuts, rice puffs, and coconut in a large bowl. Pour honey/maple syrup bowl over nut mixture and toss to coat.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola mixture out over it. Bake for 20-25 minutes and toss granola halfway through to prevent burning.
  • Enjoy!
