Kind Bar Maple Pecan Granola
This batch of granola was actually made in an effort to re-create the wonderfully salty-sweet combination of my favorite flavor of Kind Bars-the Maple Pecan & Sea Salt.

- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. almonds
- ½ c. peanuts
- 1 ½ c. brown rice puffs
- ¾ c. coconut
- ¼ c. honey
- ¼ c. maple syrup
- ½ t. sea salt
- ½ t. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place honey, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Combine nuts, rice puffs, and coconut in a large bowl. Pour honey/maple syrup bowl over nut mixture and toss to coat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola mixture out over it. Bake for 20-25 minutes and toss granola halfway through to prevent burning.
