Cinnamon Spiced Candied Pecans

Candied Pecans are coated in a cinnamon sugar and then roasted in the oven until perfectly caramelized.  This easy cinnamon spiced pecans recipe makes a wonderful holiday or Christmas food gift and is perfect for snacking.

  • 1 lb. pecans raw, whole (about 4 cups)
  • 1 egg white
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Whisk egg white in a large bowl with a mixer for 1-2 minutes, or until foamy.
  3. Toss pecans in the foamy egg white.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  5. Add ingredients to pecans/egg white and toss until pecans are evenly coated.
  6. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Spread pecans evenly onto the sheet in a single layer.
  8. Bake pecans for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  9. Let cool to room temperature before serving or storing. Enjoy!
