Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Butter (Makes 5 servings of butter)

Pumpkin Spice Butter Coffee (Makes 1 serving of coffee)

  • 1 c. coffee brewed, hot
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin spice butter
  • ¼ c. almond soy, or regular milk
  • 1-2 packets Stevia optional

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl combine all pumpkin spice butter ingredients. Whisk to combine.
  • Pumpkin spice butter can either be refrigerated until later use or used immediately.

For the Pumpkin Spice Butter Coffee:

  • In a short, 18 ounce, Nutribullet cup combine coffee, 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice butter, ¼ cup almond milk, and Stevia.
  • Blend in a high-speed blender for 15 seconds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

*You can use a dairy-free butter alternative or additional coconut oil if dairy-free or vegan.
**If Keto, replace the maple syrup with 1 date that has been soaked in water for 15 minutes.  Place butter ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
