Homemade Paleo Brownies with Chocolate Chips
These healthy and easy homemade Paleo brownies are made from scratch and are the best gluten-free, dairy-free fudgy brownie recipe!

Ingredients
½
cup
almond butter
smooth
¼
cup
pure maple syrup
2
eggs
or flax eggs*

Tbsp.
coconut oil
melted
1
Tbsp.
almond milk
2
tsp.
vanilla
¾
cup
almond flour
finely ground, blanched
¾
cup
cocoa powder
½
cup
coconut sugar
¼
tsp.
salt
¾
cup
chocolate chips
dairy, gluten, and soy-free
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix with a large spoon or whisk until just combined.
In a separate, medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips by hand.
Pour brownie batter into an
8-inch square baking pan
lined with
parchment paper
and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature before cutting into bars and enjoy!
Notes
*For vegan: substitute 2 flax eggs (2 T. ground flax seeds and 5 T. water) for the eggs.
