Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe

This Honey Mustard Vinaigrette is easy to make, a healthy alternative to the store-bought kind, and only takes 5 minutes from start to finish. Using the right combination and ratio of ingredients is the secret to making it taste so incredible.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oil olive or avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. honey to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a 16-ounce mason jar and shake until well combined. Alternatively, you can add the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth.  
    ½ cup oil, 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar, 3 Tbsp. honey, Pinch of salt
  • Use immediately or store honey mustard dressing in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks between servings. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.

  • Serving size is ~2 ½ tablespoons.

  • Spruce it up. Add some fresh lemon juice to add brightness to the dressing.
