  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Tamari, gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ - 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce depending on desired spice level

  1. Heat air fryer to 375°F for at least 3 minutes.

  2. Whisk together oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts and stir until they are well coated in the sauce.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts to the heated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, tossing the basket halfway through cooking.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and Sriacaha sauce in a small bowl. Once the sprouts are done cooking, drizzle the sauce over all of them and toss to combine.

  6. Serve immediately or for extra crispy edges: Return the sprouts to the Air Fryer and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • You can also try drizzling on a homemade Balsamic reduction or adding in some chopped cooked bacon instead of the Asian sauce.
