Air Fryer Cauliflower Recipe
Extra crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower is a 15-minute recipe full of flavor, and is SO easy to make. This will become your new go-to low-carb, keto, and vegan side dish for weeknight dinners!

- 1 large head cauliflower about 4-5 cups
- 2 Tbsp. oil olive or avocado
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Parsley optional
Heat air fryer to 370°F for at least 3 minutes.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Whisk together oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add cauliflower florets and stir until they are well coated in the sauce.
Place cauliflower into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing the basket halfway through. (This may take more or less time depending on the size of the florets and the amount you have.)
Serve cauliflower with a sprinkle of paprika and finely chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
- To Store: Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
- To Freeze: Seal in a freezer-safe airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. Just note the texture may change.
