Air Fryer Cauliflower Recipe

Extra crispy, full of flavor, and SO easy to make - this Air Fryer Cauliflower recipe is sure to become your new go-to side dish for weeknight dinners!  Florets are lightly coated in oil, seasoned with garlic powder and paprika, and then air fried until golden, crispy, and crunchy.  And the best part?  You can have this low-carb, keto, and vegan dish ready and on your table in less than 15 minutes!

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 Tbsp. oil olive or avocado
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Parsley optional


  1. Heat air fryer to 370°F for at least 3 minutes.

  2. Whisk together oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Add cauliflower florets and stir until they are well coated in the sauce.
  4. Place cauliflower into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing the basket halfway through.
  5. Serve cauliflower with a sprinkle of paprika and finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
