Add all ingredients to a blender such as a Vitamin or Nutribullet. Place the softer ingredients closer to the blade and the frozen ingredients further from the blade.
Measure out the ingredients and store in a freezer-safe bag. Keep the bags in the freezer for up to 3-4 months.
When ready to serve, slightly defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes. You can also pop them in the microwave for a few seconds if you're in a hurry. Then blend and enjoy!
