Mexican 75 (Tequila and Champagne Cocktail)
A Mexican 75 is a tequila and Champagne cocktail recipe and a fun twist on the classic French 75. With only a few simple ingredients, you'll look like a professional bartender, but it's secretly so easy to make!

- 4 oz. tequila silver or reposado
- 2 oz. lime juice fresh
- 1-2 Tbsp. agave nectar to taste
- 10 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
- Ice
Prep the Glass. Salt or sugar the rim of two 8-oz. champagne flutes.
Mix the Ingredients. Fill a cocktail shaker all of the way up with ice and add the tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar. Shake ingredients for 10-20 seconds, or until chilled.
4 oz. tequila, 2 oz. lime juice, 1-2 Tbsp. agave nectar, Ice
Strain and Serve. Strain the tequila mixture between the two flutes and then fill each flute to ¾ full with the Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist or wedge of lime and enjoy!

- DIY. Squeeze the limes yourself for the best results.
- Wait for it. Add the Champagne AFTER shaking the cocktail.
- Chill out. Be sure you shake the cocktail until the shaker is cold on the outside.
