- 20 oz. frozen peaches about 4 cups
- 750 ml bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 tsp. lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp. sugar or honey
Add all ingredients to a large high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, or to a 10 to 14-cup food processor.
Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth.
Serve immediately in a champagne flute with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
