BLACKENED  FISH TACOS

Combine blackened seasoning. Sprinkle  seasoning onto fish pieces and then pat into the filets.

Add fish to a skillet with melted butter and cook  for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Add the avocado sauce ingredients to a small food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Serve blackened fish on toasted corn tortillas with avocado sauce,  cabbage, cilantro, green onions, and queso fresco.
