Brown the beef in a skillet and move to a separate plate. Sear the gnocchi in the skillet.

In a separate pot, saute the red pepper flakes and shallot. Add in the tomato paste and water.

Stir in tomatoes and cook until soft, then smash. Add in spices and cook for 1-2 more minutes.

Mix in the crumbled beef and seared gnocchi. Serve with Parmesan cheese and finely chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
