  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 1 cup almond flour fine
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Monterrey Jack
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 tsp. ranch seasoning mix homemade or store-bought
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes optional
  • 3 Tbsp. green onions finely chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Using a spatula, mix everything together until well combined.
  • Scoop out 1½ tablespoons of the mixture and then roll it into a ball. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture. You should end up with 24 sausage balls.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping the sausage balls over halfway through. For an extra crispy exterior, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve the sausage balls with a sprinkle of additional green onions and toothpicks.
