Meal Prep and Storage
- How to prep ahead of time: You can chop the peaches, onion, and peppers up to 1 to 2 days beforehand, simply keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to use them. Or, prepare this salsa the day before to let the flavors marry.
- How to store: Keep this dish tightly covered in the fridge for up to 2 to 3 days. Any longer and the mangos will begin to break down and the salsa will be somewhat watery.
- How to freeze: Freezing will affect the texture of the salsa, but you can keep it in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 to 3 months.
