Beef Taco Skillet is a an easy one-pot wonder that brings all the bold Mexican-inspired flavors of traditional tacos to your table in just 30 minutes!

Cook the ground beef until it is browned, crumbling as you go. Add onion, pepper, and garlic and saute.

Pour in water and deglaze the skillet. Whisk together the spices and add to skillet.

Add the salsa, corn, and  beans, then pour in the remaining water and mix in the tortilla strips until coated with sauce.

Cook for 12-15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and sour cream. Enjoy!
