Make delicious, easy-to-peel Instant Pot Hard-Boiled Eggs with this simple, foolproof technique! Using the 5-5-5 pressure cooking method will yield beautifully set eggs with creamy yolks and firm whites that turn out perfect every time.

Eggs Cold Water Ice Bath

KEY INGREDIENTS

Pour cold water into the Instant Pot. Please the steamer basket, egg rack, or trivet full of eggs into the Instant Pot. Seal pot, set to High pressure, and cook for 5 minutes. 

COOK

Allow pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.  Quickly remove the eggs using towels and transfer them to the ice water bath. Make sure eggs are completely covered and let them cool for 5 minutes.

ICE BATH

Once cooled, hit egg on a hard surface then vigorously roll egg so it has cracks all over it. Peel egg under cold running water for best results.
