KEY INGREDIENTS
Corn Tortillas
Oil (olive, vegetable or avocado)
Lime Juice
Salt to taste
Whisk oil, lime juice & salt in a small bowl. Brush oil over both sides of each tortilla using a pastry brush.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut each corn tortilla into 4 or 6 triangles using a knife or pizza cutter. Layer onto baking sheets. It's OK if some overlap slightly.
TIME TO BAKE
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes if using a light baking sheet or 8-11 minutes if using a dark baking sheet.
Don't brush on too much oil, this will make the tortilla chips soggy. Sprinkle on coarse sea salt before serving for an extra salty bite. Brush on oil BEFORE cutting into triangles as it's easier.
