Classic Stuffed Cabbage Rolls make a delicious and healthy dinner for a cozy night in. This easy traditional Polish-style cabbage roll recipe is a healthy, gluten-free, and lower-carb comfort food dish your family is sure to love!

Cabbage | Sweet Onion | Garlic Tomato Sauce | Sugar | Salt Crushed Tomatoes | Pepper Worcestershire Sauce Ground Beef | Egg | Rice Fresh Parsley | Paprika Cayenne Pepper

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cut and remove the bottom inch of the cabbage. Place in a pot of boiling water and boil until the leaves peel easily. Once the cabbage has cooled remove 12 leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the onion and garlic. Add in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil then reduce to a simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

Mash all filling ingredients together. Cut a V incision on the bottom of the leaves to remove part of the rib. Add the filling to each leaf, and fold the cabbage over the filling. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add the cabbage rolls and cover with foil. Bake for 60-75 minutes.
