Mix all of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. until everything is well incorporated.

Scoop out the meatballs onto a baking sheet. Make sure the meatballs aren't touching. Bake or air fry.

Bring sauce ingredients to a boil. Add a cornstarch slurry and whisk until it is your desired consistency.

Brush the golden brown meatballs with the sauce, and then cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Serve the juicy meatballs with chopped cilantro, lime wedges, chopped green onions, and peanuts.
