Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Sweet and slightly tart, this Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie will be your new summer staple recipe! Simple ingredients, including frozen strawberries, fresh kiwi, milk, and yogurt, are blended together to creamy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries thawed for 5 minutes
  • 2 medium-sized kiwis peeled and cut in half
  • ½ cup milk unsweetened*
  • ¼ cup yogurt plain*
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sweetener optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender such as a Vitamin or Nutribullet. Place the softer ingredients closer to the blade and the frozen ingredients further from the blade.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with diced strawberries, kiwis, and a straw. Enjoy!

  • This recipe makes enough for two 8-oz. smoothies or one large, 16-oz. smoothie.
  • Regular, oat, cashew, almond, soy, or coconut milk may all be used.
  • Greek yogurt, goat yogurt, or any other plant or nut-based yogurt may be used.

  • To Prep-Ahead: Prepare this smoothie in advance to make mornings even easier! Measure out the ingredients and place them in a freezer-safe bag. Store the bags for up to 3-4 months in freezer. Let it sit out at room for 30 minutes so the ingredients can thaw, then blend and serve.
  • To Store: Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately.
