Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes are healthy side dish that's on your table in HALF the time as roasting them in the oven! Simply toss cubed potatoes in oil and seasonings and air fry for 10 minutes.

- 1 ¼ - 1 ½ lbs. sweet potatoes 2 large or 3 medium-sized
- 2 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt to taste
- ¼ tsp. black pepper to taste
Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 400 degrees.
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch chunks.
Add the cut potatoes to a large bowl along with the oil. Toss until all of the potatoes are evenly coated in oil.
Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the potatoes are well coated.
Add the potatoes to the preheated Air Fryer and spread out in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing the basket halfway through cooking.
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and enjoy!
Meal Prep and Storage
- To Prep-Ahead: You can cut the sweet potatoes the day before. Be sure to toss them with the oil and keep them in the fridge until you're ready to cook.
- To Store: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 to 5 days.
- To Freeze: When wrapped tightly and kept in a freezer-safe bag, sweet potatoes will last for 9-12 months in the freezer.
- To Reheat: To get the crispy texture back, pop them in a 350℉ air fryer for 5 minutes.
