Spinach & Artichoke Dip Bites

- 2-20 oz. pizza dough tubs Pillsbury
- 1 package frozen spinach defrosted and drained thoroughly
- 1-15 oz. can artichoke hearts chopped coarsely
- 8- oz. package cream cheese brought to room temperature
- ½ c. fresh parmesan cheese grated
- 2 garlic cloves minced or crushed
- 1/3 c. greek yogurt
- ¼ c. Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In two mini muffin pan, form pizza dough into 48 even cups.
(This is pictured above: use thumb to press in center and then use fingers to push up sides.)
Bake cups for 2 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, except for mozzarella cheese, in a bowl and mix until well combined. Fill all 48 cups with spinach/artichoke mixture and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake bites for 10-12 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
