Spinach & Artichoke Dip Bites

These spinach and artichoke bites are great to serve at your next party.

Ingredients

  • 2-20 oz. pizza dough tubs Pillsbury
  • 1 package frozen spinach defrosted and drained thoroughly
  • 1-15 oz. can artichoke hearts chopped coarsely
  • 8- oz. package cream cheese brought to room temperature
  • ½ c. fresh parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced or crushed
  • 1/3 c. greek yogurt
  • ¼ c. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In two mini muffin pan, form pizza dough into 48 even cups.
  • (This is pictured above: use thumb to press in center and then use fingers to push up sides.)
  • Bake cups for 2 minutes.
  • Combine remaining ingredients, except for mozzarella cheese, in a bowl and mix until well combined. Fill all 48 cups with spinach/artichoke mixture and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake bites for 10-12 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
