This Smashed Broccoli with Parmesan recipe will give you the CRISPIEST florets with the best flavor!

Boil head of broccoli in a large pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pot and drain. Cut cooled broccoli into florets.

Pat florets dry and spread onto a baking sheet. Smash florets to 1/4 -1/2 inch thick with a flat glass or jar.

Combine the sauce ingredients and brush over each smashed floret. Then, sprinkle each chip with the Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 18-22 minutes. Top the roasted broccoli with a squeeze of lemon juice and lemon zest
