Roasted Broccoli with Sriracha and Honey on a fork for a healthy dinner.

My mom and dad must have done something right.  Broccoli is by far one of my favorite vegetables!

Do you like broccoli, too?

What is your favorite way to eat this cruciferous vegetable?

When my sister and I were kids my parents had to almost twist our arms to get us to eat anything green that wasn’t Jell-O.  How did they convince us to eat this cancer-fighting powerhouse?… By covering it in creamy and delicious cheese sauce, of course 🙂
