Do you like broccoli, too?
What is your favorite way to eat this cruciferous vegetable?
When my sister and I were kids my parents had to almost twist our arms to get us to eat anything green that wasn’t Jell-O. How did they convince us to eat this cancer-fighting powerhouse?… By covering it in creamy and delicious cheese sauce, of course 🙂
I think it is safe to say, my taste buds sure have changed over the years. Instead of dousing my green veggies in gooey cheese sauce, I now like to roast them in a sweet and slightly spicy medley… Like in this recipe for roasted broccoli with Sriracha and honey! It is really simple to prepare and a breeze to clean up.
