Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. black peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp. allspice berries
  • 4 bay leaves crushed
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 4 whole cloves crushed
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger optional
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seed optional
