Lemon & Blueberry Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites

A healthy afternoon snack or dessert recipe for frozen Greek yogurt bites. Lemon and blueberry flavors combine to make them a super fresh and fruity gluten-free treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 c lemon Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 ΒΌ c blueberries fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurts, honey and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add in blueberries and mix until incorporated.
  3. Place cupcake liners in 12 regular-sized cupcake cavities. Fill each with equal amounts of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Freeze Greek yogurt bites for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Let frozen Greek yogurt bites sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before removing from the pan and liners.
  6. If you have any difficulty removing the bites, run a little lukewarm water on the bottom of the tray. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*For vegan, simply use dairy-free regular and lemon yogurt.
