Easy Mexican Rice

Seasoning Mix
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- ¼ t garlic powder
- 1 c sweet kernel corn canned
- 3 T sour cream
- ½ c chopped green onions optional
Place rice, water, salsa and butter in a rice cooker. In a separate bowl combine seasoning ingredients (cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder) and mix well.
Add seasoning ingredients to the rice cooker and sitr until well combined.
Turn rice cooker on and cook rice until done.
Once rice is completely cooked, add in corn and sour cream and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Top with green onions if desired and enjoy!
