Healthy No-Bake PB Cocoa Bars

- ¼ c. coconut oil melted
- ½ c. cocoa powder
- ½ c. pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 c. peanut butter no sugar added
- ¼ t. salt
- 3 2/3 c. oats quick cooking, gluten free
In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients and mix until a smooth consistency is reached.
Add in the oats, mixing well after each 1 cup addition, until all are combined.
Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper (optional).
Fill pan with mixture and press firmly down in all areas.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
