For Mint-Infused Simple Syrup
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 handful mint leaves
For a Single Mojito
- 6 Mint leaves
- 2 oz. mint-infused simple syrup
- 1 1/2-2 oz. light rum
- 1/2 Lime juice
- Club Soda

For a Single Mojito
Place mint leaves in the bottom of a tumbler glass with 2 oz. mint-infused simple syrup. Use a muddler to muddle the mint leaves.
Add ice to ¾ full, juice of ½ of a lime and 1 ½ oz. light rum. Fill glass with club soda and stir. Enjoy!
