Ingredients

  • 1 banana medium
  • ½ cup mango chunks frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp. flaxseed meal
  • ½ tsp. fish oil lemon or orange flavored
  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric ground
  • 1/8 tsp. sprirulina powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth.
