  • ½ cup oil avocado or olive
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard or yellow
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a 16-ounce mason jar and shake until well combined. Alternatively, you can add the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 10-20 seconds, or until smooth.
    ½ cup oil, 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1-2 Tbsp. honey, 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, ¼ cup mayonnaise, Pinch of salt
  • Use immediately or store Cobb salad dressing in the refrigerator for up to 1 week between servings. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.

  • One serving size is 2 tablespoons of salad dressing.
