Whisk together the mayonnaise, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic in a medium bowl until well combined. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to develop an even better flavor.
½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon gochujang, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil, 1 garlic clove
