A refreshing Watermelon Margarita is the absolute best way to cool down on a hot day. Simply blend frozen watermelon with tequila, triple sec or Grand Marnier, and lime juice, then add a bit of sweetness with agave nectar.
1lb.watermelon chunksseedless, frozen, about 2 ½ cups
3oz.tequilasilver or reposado
2oz.CointreauTriple Sec or Grand Marnier
1.5oz.lime juicefreshly squeezed, or 3 tablespoons
1-2Tbsp.agave nectar

Freeze watermelon chunks at least 4 hours in advance.
Add all ingredients, except the agave nectar, to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
Blend in the agave nectar until your desired sweetness is reached. Serve the watermelon margarita in a salted rim with a wedge of lime and enjoy!
