Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen peaches about 4 cups
  • 750 ml bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 tsp. lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp. sugar or honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, or to a 10 to 14-cup food processor.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth.
  3. Serve immediately in a champagne flute with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
