Notes
Peaches:
Peel, slice, and freeze your own peaches when they're in season to have delicious fruit ready all year!
Wine:
Choose a sparkling wine you like the flavor of, not too sweet or dry. You will enjoy the Bellini more if you enjoy the taste of the wine.
Blending:
Don't over-process the drink or it will get watered down.
Sugar:
Wait until after you initially blend your Bellini before adding in the sugar.
Garnish:
A fresh sprig of mint adds a pop of color and flavor to this drink.
