Instructions
Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 380 degrees for at least 3 minutes.
Cut the zucchini squash in half lengthwise, again into quarters, and then into ½-inch pieces.
1-1 ¼ pounds medium zucchini
Add the pieces to a large bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and paprika. Toss until well coated.
1 tablespoon oil,
¾ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper,
¼ teaspoon garlic powder,
¼ teaspoon each of dried basil and oregano,
¼ teaspoon paprika
Add the coated zucchini to the Air Fryer basket and spread out in a single layer.
Cook at 380 degrees for 9-10 minutes, or until the zucchini is lightly browned and tender. Toss the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes
Zucchini:
Cut into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
Salt:
Salt and pat dry before cooking to remove excess moisture and encourage browning.
Single Layer:
Don't overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed for the crispiest zucchini.
Shake:
Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Don't Overcook:
Remove the zucchini as soon as it's tender-crisp to prevent it from becoming soggy.
Seasoning:
Toss the zucchini thoroughly with the oil and seasonings so every piece is evenly coated.
