This Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing is the kind you're going to want to drizzle on everything!! It's made by simply combining fresh cilantro with Greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, and garlic and is ready in just 5 minutes.
In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, and salt. Pulse 10-15 times until the cilantro is finely chopped.
1 cup chopped cilantro, ¼ cup avocado oil, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 garlic clove, ¾ teaspoon salt
Add the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise and blend until smooth and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup mayonnaise
Notes
Yield. This recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing, which is roughly 8 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).
Cilantro. Use both the stems and leaves for the most flavor and least waste.
Greek yogurt. Make sure to get full-fat and avoid 2% or fat-free. (These will make the dressing way too runny!)
Storage. Add the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4-5 days.
