Mashed Sweet Potatoes are a great twist on the classic recipe and can be made with three different flavor options! Keep them vegan, or try savory garlic and herb, sweet cinnamon brown sugar, or a combination of maple and bacon!
Peel sweet potatoes with a potato peeler and cut into 1” cubes.
Add sweet potatoes to the bowl of a large food processor with milk, butter, and salt.
Replace the 4 tablespoons of butter with the same amount of garlic herb butter.
Serve with cooked bacon crumbles.
