Absolutely!! We eat with our eyes, so I wanted to make sure you knew exactly what you would be cooking up! (I’ve included a few example below!)
Who is this cookbook for?
Weeknight Winners is for busy home cooks who want quick, delicious, and family-friendly meals without sacrificing flavor. It’s also for people who find looking at recipes online somewhat annoying and prefer a hardcopy version to cook from. (*ME!)
Who is this NOT for?
This cookbook isn’t for you if you’re looking for super strict diets, fancy gourmet dishes, or recipes that keep you in the kitchen for hours.
Does this book follow any specific dietary guidelines?
All of the dishes in the book are made mostly from scratch with whole food ingredients. While many of them can be adapted to be gluten-free or dairy-free, this is not for anyone on a vegan, low-carb, or other strict diet.
How many servings does each recipe have?
Each recipe serves 4-6 adults, but most can easily be halved, doubled, or even tripled.
