Get ready for your house to smell like Fall when you bake up this maple pecan apple cinnamon granola. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and SUPER addicting!!
A few weeks ago, Cohl, his dad, and buddy Hunter went on a guys’ trip to the Pecos River.
It was projected to be 100+ degrees every day for their 3-day trip.
Not wanting them to concentrate too much on preparing food in the heat, I pre-packaged numerous black bean and sweet potato tacos for them and made a humongous batch of this maple pecan apple cinnamon granola.
When they returned a few days later, only a few of the 24 tacos remained and the bag of apple cinnamon granola was completely devoured. <–WooHoo!!
One of my favorite things about the Fall season is the urge I get to start baking.
Even in a well-ventilated house with a brand new A/C unit, I have a hard time getting excited about cranking on the oven in the dead of summer.
However, once the cool breeze starts to kick in, I can’t help but buy up every single pumpkin-scented candle at Bath & Body Works and begin to find myself wanting to bake apple, cinnamon, and pumpkin-flavored everything.

Maybe I missed it, but what is a serving size? Sounds delicious
London says
For this recipe it is roughly 1/4-1/3 cup of granola per serving 🙂
Karrie says
335 cals for only 1/4 cup? Ahhh! But this looks so delicious ????
London says
Let me check on that, Karrie. I just noticed that the source I use for nutritional information has been a little off lately. Also, the serving size is about 1/3 cup if that makes a little bit of a difference 🙂
