September Cooking Challenge Recipe

This month we will be cooking up this General Tso’s Chicken. Making the sauce from scratch is HIGHLY recommended, but a store bought sauce can be substituted.

A plate is used to serve homemade General Tao Chicken with white rice.

If this recipe doesn’t fit your dietary recommendations, feel free to adapt it or make these Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers, instead!

Challenge Prize

One winner will be randomly selected from the entries that are submitted via e-mail and receive a $100 Amazon gift card. You can find the winner’s name in the following month’s cooking challenge post.

Also, all of those beautiful photos you send in will be showcased in the next month’s post – so make sure you check back to see your photo on the site!
